With just eight covers, we offer an intimate dining experience featuring a fully vegan set menu inspired by and crafted from locally sourced wild ingredients and produce from local growers. Our commitment to sustainability shines through as we embrace organic produce, eliminate single use plastics, and use cruelty-free products throughout our operations. Join us for a delicious meal that nourishes both your body and the planet!

MEET THE CHEF

Luke Crittenden

Luke has over 17 years of experience, refined under the guidance of renowned chefs throughout London and the South East. Following his role as head chef at Russell Norman's Polpetto in Soho he opened his first solo restaurant, Arya, in his hometown Ramsgate in 2018, where he earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand for his exceptional value cooking. Fully embracing veganism, Luke later moved to North Wales to open his first fully vegan restaurant, Foxglove. Luke used his time in Wales to learn more about wild food ingredients and broadened his knowledge of different fermenting and preserving techniques which are now a trademark of his cooking. With a loyal following, Luke is excited to return to Thanet and share his delicious creations with both new and returning guests.
